Job Summary:
We are hiring Store Sales Promoters to promote and sell products at retail stores across Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer-handling ability, and a solid focus on achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Promote and demonstrate mobile phones and related products.
Explain product features, specifications, offers, and pricing to customers.
Assist customers in selecting suitable mobile products.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper stock visibility.
Monitor product availability and coordinate for stock replenishment.
Maintain basic sales and store-related reports.
Support promotional activities and offers at the store.
Maintain good relationships with store staff and customers.
Ensure proper brand visibility and merchandising at the assigned outlet.
Eligibility & Skills:
Experience:
1–3 years in retail sales; mobile/electronics sales experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-friendly attitude.
Strong sales and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile technology is preferred.
Ability to work in a retail/store environment.
