Job Summary

Dynz Worldwide is looking for hardworking, reliable, and physically fit Helpers to join our growing team at our manufacturing facility in Chakan MIDC, Pune. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, follow instructions, and work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist workers and supervisors with day-to-day manufacturing activities.
- Support material handling, loading, unloading, and movement of materials.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure workplace.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior team members.
- Support basic production and workshop activities as required.
- Handle tools, materials, and equipment responsibly.
- Follow company safety rules and workplace procedures.
- Work cooperatively with team members to complete assigned tasks on time.

Requirements





- Hardworking and reliable.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions.
- Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
- Freshers can also be considered based on suitability.
