Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to convert leads into successful sales.

• Explain and pitch stock market-related services to prospective clients.

• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent customer engagement.

• Address customer queries and objections with a solution-oriented approach.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.

• Coordinate with team leaders and regularly report on progress and performance.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in Sales executive/Voice Process, preferably in a financial or stock market domain.

• Knowledge: Basic understanding of the stock market and Demat account opening is essential.

• Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Positive interpersonal skills and a positive attitude toward achieving sales targets.
