Unreal Benefits.” with each 250 ml slim can containing 6g of prebiotic fiber for gut health, zero added sugar, no preservatives, and no artificial colors. Naturally sweetened with monk fruit and erythritol, Bubz delivers only 15 calories per can in four flavors: Classic Cola, Lemon Lime, Citrus Orange, and Strawberry. The brand targets conscious consumers such as Gen Z, young professionals, and fitness enthusiasts through D2C, quick commerce, and modern trade channels. Bubz aims to make functional drinks feel cool, social, and aspirational, bringing evolved soda into the mainstream in India.
Role Description The Head of Marketing will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for Bubz, driving brand awareness, demand generation, and consumer engagement. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves owning brand positioning, campaign ideation,



and performance across D2C, quick commerce, and modern trade. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing annual and quarterly marketing plans, overseeing digital and offline campaigns, managing agency and partner relationships, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all touchpoints. The role will also involve conducting market research, analyzing consumer insights, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing marketing investments. The Head of Marketing will collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to support category expansion, new launches, and long-term brand growth.
Qualifications
