Role Description The District Trainer is a full-time, in office role based in Varanasi(UP) & Rewa, (MP),



responsible for delivering high-quality training programs across SASHAKT Foundation’s focus areas, including adolescent girl empowerment, environmental awareness, digital literacy, financial inclusion, and community resilience. The person in this role will conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and field-based learning activities for community members, partners, and frontline workers. They will design and adapt training materials, curricula, and toolkits to local contexts, ensuring content is accessible, culturally sensitive, and aligned with program goals. The District Trainer will coordinate with district-level stakeholders, monitor training outcomes, maintain accurate records and reports, and provide feedback for continuous improvement of training strategies.
