What You Will Do

Individual Enrollment
Run the 15-minute discovery calls booked through the website and onvert calls to enrollments.
Follow up on warm leads who expressed interest but did not enroll.
Corporate and Team Sales
Identity and approach HR Directors, L&D; managers, and People Operations leaders at mid-to-large organisations whose teams would benefit from this program.
Build relationships with L&D; and HR budget holders.
Manage a pipeline of corporate opportunities from first contact to signed agreement.
Work with the program manager to structure and close any bespoke corporate training arrangements
Institutional Partnerships
Identify and approach higher institutions interested in offering the program as a certified elective or professional development pathway for their students or alumni.
Build relationships with professional associations, HR bodies,



and industry networks that serve our target audience globally.
Represent the client in relevant communities: HR and Talent forums, People Operations Slack groups, Linkedin communities, and industry events.
Marketing Support
Identify and engage warm leads from our Linkedln content.
Contribute to the outreach messaging.
Suppor the build-in-public content strategy with participant stories, cohort updates, and testimonials gathered with permission.
Operations
Maintain a clean pipeline.
Report weekly: calls booked, calls completed, conversions, pipeline value.
Collect and share feedback from prospects who chose not to enroll.

Experience
2 or more years in a sales, business development, enrollment, or partnership role; ideally in education, HR tech, SaaS, or professional services.
Experience selling to HR or People Operations buyers is a robust plus.
