We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who understands the internet, has strong visual and cultural instincts, and can turn ideas into content people actually want to watch, save and share.
What you'll do
Own day-to-day social media execution across Instagram and other relevant platforms
Ideate, shoot and edit Reels, Stories and other short-form content
Develop content ideas that feel fresh, culturally relevant and distinctly Solé Solé
Build and manage a social media content calendar
Stay obsessively updated on trends, creators, internet culture and emerging formats
Assist with content production, photoshoots and brand events - pre, during and post
Work with creators and influencers to develop content and collaborations
Coordinate with photographers, editors, designers and other external partners
Track social performance and use insights to improve content
Help build Solé Solé's social voice, visual language and community
Bring ideas, opinions and good taste to the table
We're looking for someone who
Has 1–3 years of experience in social media, content or digital marketing
Has a strong understanding of Instagram and short form content
Can spot a trend before it becomes completely overdone
Has valuable visual and aesthetic sensibility
Is comfortable being hands-on with content creation
Understands beauty, skincare, fashion and internet culture
Bonus points if you
Love skincare and know your way around the category
Have a personal Instagram page, content portfolio or previous work you can show us
Know how to shoot and edit on your phone
Have experience working with creators/influencers
Have strong opinions about what makes good content and can explain why
