Hiring: E-commerce Marketplace Specialist – Amazon & Flipkart
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other e-commerce marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart & other marketplaces
• Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords & images
• Manage inventory, pricing, orders, returns and cancellations
• Monitor sales performance and work on strategies to increase revenue
• Manage marketplace promotions, deals and discounts
• Handle Amazon/Flipkart advertising campaigns and optimize ROAS
• Monitor account health, ratings, reviews and customer feedback
• Analyze marketplace data, sales reports and competitor pricing
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment




• Identify new growth opportunities and improve marketplace performance
Requirements:
• Proven experience in managing Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations and policies
• Experience with Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and sales analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage marketplace operations and achieve sales targets
Experience: 2+ years preferred
