Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Cuttack.



The Branch Manager is responsible for leading branch operations, including planning and achieving sales targets for health insurance products, overseeing customer acquisition and retention, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The role includes managing and mentoring the branch team, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to grow the branch portfolio in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager will handle key customer relationships, resolve escalated issues, coordinate with regional and corporate teams, and ensure accurate reporting and compliance with internal processes. Day-to-day activities involve reviewing branch performance metrics, conducting team meetings, driving local marketing initiatives, and maintaining operational efficiency and discipline.
