Role Description The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across the company’s social media platforms. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves developing posts, videos, stories, and campaigns that reflect brand guidelines and engage target audiences. The role includes managing content calendars, monitoring trends, and adapting content to different platforms. The Social Media Content Creator will collaborate with marketing and design teams, respond to audience interactions,



and track performance metrics to optimize future content.

Qualifications
Ability to create engaging social media content (posts, reels, stories, short videos) tailored to different platforms.
Skills in basic visual design and familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, or similar).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity, tone, and brand consistency.
Capacity to analyze social media performance metrics and use insights to refine content and campaigns.
Organizational skills to manage content calendars, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation; experience in a similar industry is an advantage. (Fresher also invited)
