Role Description The Media Buyer at The Social Syrup is a full-time, remote role responsible for:
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Instagram + Facebook) ad campaigns for our D2C & e-commerce clients.




Own campaign budgets and drive measurable ROAS/CAC improvements
Build and test creative angles, audiences, and funnels in collaboration with our content team
Analyze performance data and turn it into clear, actionable reporting for clients
Identify scaling opportunities and help pitch paid strategy to prospective high-ticket clients
Qualifications
1–3+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook) for e-commerce or D2C brands ,this is non-negotiable
Strong grasp of ROAS, CPA, funnel structure, and creative testing on Meta specifically
Comfortable working with budgets and reporting directly to founders/clients
Experience with Google Ads, GA4, or agency-side client handling
