Position: HR Executive
Location: Remote
Salary: INR 30,000 - 35,000 monthly CTC

Responsibilities:

Carry out day-to-day HR responsibilities on our HRMS, including leave management, query resolution, employee database management, and related activities.
Manage and support talent acquisition to help us expand our WHustler population.
Keep our team close-knit through team-building and employee engagement initiatives.
Assist with compliance, payroll, employee benefits, and other HR operations.
Support Learning & Development initiatives across the organization.
Assist the founders with day-to-day ad hoc requirements, including administrative and operational activities as needed.
Participate actively in strategy discussions, brainstorming,



and improving internal workflows.
Independently handle and contribute to responsibilities across the Human Resources function.
Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the team and help strengthen our workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
Certified empath.
Self-motivated with a strong learning attitude.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Good organizational and people-management skills.
Creative, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-moving environment.
A strong team player and an even stronger cheerleader.
