Role Description The Creative Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is D Globalist is looking for a Creative Manager with strong visual judgement and the ability to raise the quality of creative output across the organisation. This role is not limited to coordinating designers or managing timelines.



The selected professional will work closely with the design team to improve concepts, layouts, typography, visual hierarchy and overall design quality across digital and offline communication.

Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain the visual direction for D Globalist’s brand communication.
Review creatives and provide clear, practical feedback to designers.
Improve the overall design quality across social media, websites, digital platforms, presentations, event communication and marketing collateral.
Translate business and campaign requirements into strong creative concepts.
Guide designers on layouts, typography, colour combinations, imagery and visual hierarchy.
Create mood boards, visual references and creative briefs for important campaigns.
