Advocate – Civil, Commercial, Consumer & Criminal Litigation
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Experience: 3–5 years of post-enrolment litigation experience

Key Responsibilities
The selected Advocate will be expected to independently handle assigned litigation matters and take ownership of day-to-day case management, including:
Drafting plaints, written statements, complaints, petitions, applications, replies, rejoinders, affidavits and other pleadings.




Conducting detailed legal research and preparing case notes based on applicable statutes, rules, regulations and judicial precedents.
Appearing before courts, tribunals, commissions and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
Independently managing hearings, filings, procedural requirements, deadlines and other litigation compliances.
Reviewing pleadings, documents and evidence and identifying critical legal and factual issues.
Developing litigation strategy and providing practical, solution-oriented legal advice on assigned matters.
Preparing matters for hearings, arguments and cross-examination, wherever required.
Coordinating with clients, senior counsel, the Delhi office and other empanelled Advocates.
Maintaining accurate case records, hearing updates, deadlines and litigation documentation.
Ensuring timely filing of pleadings, applications, replies and other court documents.
Representing clients professionally and effectively before the relevant forums.
