Role Description The Botany Faculty will deliver engaging, concept-driven teaching for NEET aspirants, with a focus on Botany topics aligned to the NEET syllabus. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, creating and updating lecture notes, slides, and question banks,



and conducting regular classes, doubt-clearing sessions, and revision modules. The faculty member will design and review practice tests, analyze student performance, and provide feedback to help learners improve their scores. The role also involves collaborating with other subject experts to maintain academic quality, participating in content development for digital and print materials, and staying updated with changes in NEET patterns and Botany curricula. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Greater Kolkata Area.
Qualifications

Robust academic background in Botany or Biological Sciences (Master’s degree or higher preferred), with thorough knowledge of NEET-level Botany concepts.
Proven teaching or coaching experience for NEET or similar competitive exams, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear, student-friendly manner.
