? What You’ll Do
Develop residential interior concepts and space planning
Create high-quality 3D visualizations & photorealistic renders using 3ds Max
Prepare client presentations and design proposals
Work on material, finish, furniture and FF&E; selections
Prepare and review technical/construction drawings
Coordinate with project managers, contractors and vendors
Participate in site visits and ensure design intent is maintained during execution
Incorporate client feedback and manage project documentation
Deliver design work within agreed timelines and budgets
