Role Description The Talent Acquisition Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions for various functions. The Talent Acquisition Executive will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create and post job descriptions, and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified talent.



Daily responsibilities include managing recruitment channels, maintaining candidate databases, supporting employer branding initiatives, and providing timely communication to candidates throughout the hiring process. The role also includes reporting on recruitment metrics and contributing to continuous improvement of talent acquisition practices.
