The ideal candidate should have strong experience inconstruction billing, rate analysis, BOQ, BBS, contracts and reconciliation, with sound knowledge of applicable IS Codes.Key Responsibilities -Control, review and verifycontractor/vendor billsto ensure accuracy and compliance with approved BOQs, work orders and contractual terms.Verifybilled quantities against actual executed quantitiesand ensure accurate quantities are considered for payments toSC/PRW/contractors .Review and reconcilebilled quantities vs. quantities paidto identify discrepancies and prevent overbilling.Ensuretimely reconciliation of materialsreceived, consumed and accounted for at project sites.Prepare and reviewRA Bills, Final Bills, Material Reconciliation Statements and Quantity Reconciliation Statements .Verify measurements, MBs, site records and supporting documents before processing bills.Coordinate withProject, QS, Contracts, Procurement, Finance and Site teamsfor timely bill certification and payment processing.Prepare and formulatework orders and contracts, including quantities, rates, scope of work, terms and conditions.ReviewBOQ, rate analysis, deviations, extra items and variation statements .Ensure proper documentation and approval ofextra items, substituted items and deviation statements .Monitor contractual provisions related to billing, recoveries, deductions, retention, advances,



security deposits and other commercial terms.Conduct regular reconciliation ofcontractor accounts, material consumption and project quantities .Support project teams in resolving billing and commercial disputes with contractors/vendors.Ensure billing activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, project requirements and approved contractual terms.Prepare periodicMIS and billing reportsfor management review.Technical Knowledge & Skills -Solid knowledge ofIS Code 1200 – Method of Measurement of Building and Civil Engineering Works .Good knowledge ofBar Bending Schedule (BBS)and quantity take-off.Strong understanding ofRate Analysisfor civil, finishing and other construction works.Good knowledge ofBOQ, RA Bills, Final Bills, Measurement Books (MB), Quantity Surveying and Material Reconciliation .Understanding ofconstruction contracts, work orders, billing terms and commercial clauses .Strong knowledge ofquantity verification and reconciliation .Proficiency inMS Exceland construction billing/ERP software.Strong analytical, coordination and negotiation skills.Qualification -B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineeringfrom a recognized institution.Candidate Profile -15+ years of relevant experiencein Billing / Quantity Surveying / Commercial functions, preferably with reputedReal Estate or Construction companies .Should have hands-on experience in handlinglarge-scale residential/commercial real estate projects .Strong understanding of construction processes and commercial controls.Should be capable of independently managing billing and reconciliation activities.Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in quantities, rates and contractor claims.You can apply at [email protected] you!
