- Manage end-to-end Payment Operations covering ACH, Wire, SWIFT, Fedwire,Cheques, and Lockbox.
- Oversee payment processing, repairs, investigations, reconciliations,claims, adjustments, and servicing.
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, ACH/NACHA, Fedwire,sanctions/OFAC, and risk controls.
- Lead and develop teams, drive operational performance, and managetransitions/change initiatives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to establish operational goals, processes, andservice standards.




- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency, quality, andcustomer experience.Key Requirements
- 10–14 years of experience in Banking/Payment Operations; leadershipexperience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of domestic & international payments, Cheques, andLockbox Operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, controls, and regulatoryrequirements.
- B.Com / Accountancy background preferred.
