Senior Fashion DesignerLocation:Dwarka Sector 14, New DelhiExperience:5+ yearsSalary:Up to ₹65,000 per monthWorking Days:Monday to SaturdayWeek Off:2nd & 4th Saturday offWorking Hours:10:00 AM – 6:30 PMCandidates:Local candidates onlyJob OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and creativeSenior Fashion Designerwith 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably inexport houses, with strong exposure to working with clients and agencies.The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of fashion design, garment development, client requirements, and the ability to manage the design process from concept to final execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop innovative and commercially viable fashion concepts and collections.Create designs based on client requirements, market trends, and brand aesthetics.Work closely with clients and agencies to understand briefs and translate them into designs.Develop mood boards, design concepts, color palettes, prints, and garment details.Coordinate with production, merchandising, sampling, and other teams to ensure smooth execution.Review samples and provide design inputs and modifications where required.Ensure designs meet quality, fit, styling, and client expectations.Research current fashion trends, fabrics, silhouettes, colors,



and techniques.Manage multiple design projects and timelines simultaneously.Present design concepts and collections to clients and internal stakeholders.Maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, vendors, and internal teams.Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experienceas a Fashion Designer or in a similar senior design role.Mandatory experience working withexport houses .Strong experience handlingclients and agencies .Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, prints, and embellishments.Excellent knowledge of current fashion trends and market requirements.Strong creative and conceptual thinking.Good communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.Solid attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.Preferred CandidateCandidates currently based locally and able to commute toDwarka Sector 14 .Candidates with proven experience in export-oriented fashion businesses will be preferred.A strong portfolio showcasing relevant fashion design work is highly desirable.Compensation & Working DetailsSalary:Up to ₹65,000/month, based on experience and suitabilityLocation:Dwarka Sector 14, New DelhiWorking Days:Monday to Saturday2nd & 4th Saturday:OffTimings:10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
