The ideal candidate will combine deep database technical knowledge with customer relationship management skills to ensure successful delivery, support, and adoption of our technology solutions.This role requires hands-on expertise in Oracle Database architecture, advanced PL/SQL development, performance tuning, and the ability to manage customer expectations while driving technical issue resolution and service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customer accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customer business and technical stakeholdersUnderstand customer business requirements and translate them into Oracle Database-based technical solutionsDrive incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management on Oracle Database environmentsAnalyze database performance, query execution plans, and data-related issues using advanced PL/SQL skillsCoordinate with Product, Development, QA, Infrastructure,



and Support teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolutionLead customer review meetings, service governance discussions, and technical workshopsMonitor Oracle database performance and identify tuning, indexing, and optimization opportunitiesManage customer escalations and ensure adherence to agreed service levelsSupport Oracle Database upgrades, patching, migrations, backups, and production releasesProvide technical guidance and best practices on Oracle Database architecture and utilizationRequired Skills & ExperienceMandatory Skills10–15 years of overall IT experienceStrong hands-on expertise in Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c or higher)Advanced PL/SQL development skills – stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, cursorsStrong experience in SQL query writing, performance tuning, and query optimizationExperience with execution plan analysis, indexing strategies, and database troubleshootingFamiliarity with database backup, recovery, and basic administration conceptsExperience in customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Management, Application Support, Technical Consulting, or Service Delivery ManagementStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience handling customer escalations and critical production issuesPMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory
