and client meetingsLeadcommercial negotiationsand ensure smooth client onboardingTrackpipeline health, conversions, and revenue forecastsand report to leadershipMentor and manageBD Executive & CoordinatorRequirements-5–7 years of experience in Business Development / Sales within an advertising or marketing agencyProven track record of closing accounts and achieving revenue targetsStrong understanding of agency offerings (branding, digital, content, campaigns, etc.)Confident presenter - comfortable pitching to CMOs, founders, and senior stakeholdersExisting network of marketing decision-makers is a big advantageStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsFluent in English,Hindi (spoken & written) and Marathi (Comprehensible)Tools You’ll Use-CRM: HubSpot / Zoho CRMProspecting: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ApolloCollaboration: Notion, Google Workspace
