We’re Hiring: Account Manager – IT Recruitment360 Technologyis looking for an experiencedAccount Manager – IT Recruitmentto manage client relationships and drive recruitment delivery for our India-based customers.Location:Whitefield, BangaloreExperience:10–15 YearsMarket:IndiaIndustry:IT Staffing & Technology ServicesEmployment:Full-TimeRole OverviewThe Account Manager will be theprimary point of contact (POC) for clients, responsible for understanding hiring requirements, managing client relationships, coordinating with the recruitment team, and driving requirements through successful closure.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary POC for assigned clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.Understand technical hiring requirements and translate them into recruitment strategies.Manage theend-to-end recruitment processfrom requirement intake to candidate joining.Work closely with recruiters to ensure quality and timely candidate submissions.Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, negotiations, and closures.Monitor recruitment pipelines, SLAs, TAT, and delivery performance.Conduct regular client and internal pipeline reviews.Manage recruitment delivery across multiple requirements simultaneously.Identify additional hiring opportunities within existing accounts.Work withGCCs,
