The role involves connecting with prospective students, understanding their career goals, counselling them about suitable courses, and converting qualified leads into admissions./n/nKey Responsibilities/n/n
- Contact prospective students and parents through assigned leads./n
- Explain Aerostar Edge courses, fees, duration, batches and learning formats./n
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programmes./n
- Conduct telephonic counselling and generate centre visits/counselling appointments./n
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and convert leads into admissions./n
- Handle queries and objections related to courses, fees, placements and admissions./n
- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-ups in the CRM./n
- Achieve daily calling,
monthly admission and revenue targets./n
- Coordinate with the Counselling, Admissions and Operations teams./n/nWhat We’re Looking For/n/n
- Graduate preferred; freshers can also apply./n
- 0–5 years of experience ** in telecalling, inside sales, education counselling, admissions or related roles./n
- Excellent communication and convincing skills./n
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents./n
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills./n
- Target-oriented and self-motivated./n
