Starting business in a new village
Identify village & study feasibility
Sourcing of Business
Identify and visit female customers to generate lead
Assist in forming JLG (Group purpose of availing loan on individual basis against guarantee)
Explain key terms & conditions to customers in local language.
Process eligible application.
Verify residence, source of insurance & KYC of customer.
Disbursement of loan
Assist branch manager in disburshment completion
Complete loan documentation
Collection of EMI
Collect EMI from group of customers assigned
Same day deposition of collection of monein bank
Same day collection entry in LTS collection App
