Visa Counsellor / Visa Processing Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel clients regarding overseas job opportunities and visa processes.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable visa and job options.
- Explain visa procedures, eligibility criteria, documentation, and processing timelines.
- Handle visa application documentation and verify required documents.
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications.
- Coordinate with clients and relevant authorities regarding visa processing.
- Track application status and provide timely updates to clients.
- Handle client queries related to visa applications and overseas employment.
- Maintain accurate records of client applications and documentation.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents and application requirements.




- Provide skilled and clear communication throughout the counselling and visa process.
- Ensure all documentation and processing activities follow applicable procedures.

Job Requirements

- Experience in Visa Processing is required.
- Good communication and counselling skills.
- Ability to explain visa procedures clearly to clients.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Attention to detail in documentation and application processing.
