**Job Description** Contractor-Billable **Responsibilities** 1. The candidate is expected to have a sound domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 2 end to end HCM Cloud implementations. 2. 6+ years of relevant experience in HCM Applications with at least 2 end to end implementation experience. 3. The candidate must have expert knowledge in any of the 2 modules along with Core HR module - 4. Time and Labor 5. Absence Management 6. Payroll 7. Benefits 8. Compensation 9. Talent Management 10. Experience in additional modules like HR Helpdesk, Recruiting Cloud & Learning Cloud will be an added advantage. 11. Candidate should be well-versed in approvals (transaction console & BPM), Application Security & Fast Formulas for various modules. 12. Candidate should have worked with at least one of these legislations ie. US, UK, Middle East, APAC, Africa, Mexico and / or Latin America. 13. The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live. 14. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing, and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management. 15. Good leadership capability with solid planning and follow up skills, mentorship, Work Allocation, monitoring and status updates to Project Manager 16. S/he should have completed at least 2 projects in the modules mentioned above. 17. Assist in the identification, assessment,



and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.
