Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Backend Operation Executive, ideal for B.Tech, BCA, or MCA graduates. The role involves managing day-to-day backend operations on the Ekatraa platform, including handling vendor and user data, monitoring event-related workflows, and ensuring accurate and timely updates in internal systems. The Backend Operation Executive will coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues,



support process documentation, and maintain records for reporting and analysis. Responsibilities also include assisting with quality checks of vendor listings, tracking user inquiries, and contributing to continuous improvement of operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
- Comfort with technology Python, Go-lang, Next.JS, SQL, AWS.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Operations and operations management skills to handle daily workflows and backend processes efficiently.
- Analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and support decision-making.
- Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in platform operations, customer support, or marketplace-based businesses is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and adapt to evolving operational requirements.

Compensation: ₹1.5 LPA onwards
