We're expanding our global Platforms team supporting a quick-growing SaaS product trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide. If you're a Software Engineer at heart with strong DevOps/Infrastructure expertise and a genuine passion for building reliable, scalable systems — this role is built for you.

You'll join a globally distributed Site Reliability & Platform Engineering team operating in a follow-the-sun model, working across a multi-region cloud platform that powers mission-critical operations at scale.

What You'll Own

- Drive platform reliability through mitigation strategies, operational playbooks, and blameless RCAs/post-mortems
- Build and maintain robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems
- Participate in on-call rotations, ensuring rapid, effective incident response
- Scale cloud infrastructure to keep pace with growing traffic and data demands
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code
- Monitor and fine-tune databases for high availability and peak performance
- Partner closely with product engineering to build observable, fit-for-purpose software




- Help define SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs that raise the bar across teams
- Mentor and uplevel the team through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing

What You Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, SRE, or Software Engineering
- 1+ years working on a SaaS platform
- Strong programming background in C#, Python, or Java
- Production experience operating Kubernetes at scale
- Proficiency with Azure
- Hands-on experience with Terraform (preferred), Ansible, or CloudFormation
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python
- Experience with observability tools like DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.

Nice to Have

- CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, Octopus Deploy)
- Cloud or DevOps certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, CKA)
- MSSQL performance tuning experience.
