Role Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in building experience across manufacturing operations, process engineering, production, process optimization, quality improvement, plant efficiency, and continuous improvement.

The Manufacturing Process Engineer will work closely with production, maintenance, quality, utilities, process, and engineering teams to improve manufacturing performance, reduce operational losses, and support safe, productive, and consistent plant operations.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.




- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, production, operations, quality, continuous improvement, or industrial engineering can apply.
- Candidates from food processing, FMCG, chemical, pharmaceutical, automotive, engineering, agro-processing, starch, packaging, consumer goods, or other manufacturing industries are welcome.
- Basic to good understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, process equipment, and industrial operations.
- Knowledge of process optimization, productivity improvement, cycle-time reduction, waste reduction, or yield improvement will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, OEE, or continuous-improvement concepts will be preferred but is not mandatory.
- Ability to understand process flow diagrams, SOPs, engineering drawings, production data, and technical documentation will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and observation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional manufacturing teams.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in an on-site manufacturing environment and rotational shifts, if required.
- Internship, industrial training, or academic project experience in manufacturing or process improvement will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, efficiency, learning, and continuous improvement.
