What are we looking for We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage end-to-end inventory operations, warehouse management, dispatch coordination, and stock accuracy. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless inventory control, effective warehouse operations, accurate ERP transactions, and timely dispatch execution while maintaining compliance with company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory, warehouse operations, and stock accuracy.
- Perform stock verification, reconciliation, cycle counts, and audits.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO, proper stock stacking, and warehouse organisation (5S).




- Handle B2B/B2C dispatch operations and coordinate with courier partners.
- Prepare dispatch documents (Invoice, E-Way Bill, Packing List, POD, etc.).
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Finance, Sales, and Customer Support teams.
- Monitor inventory discrepancies, ageing stock, and dispatch SLAs.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs and operational processes.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in Inventory, Warehouse, or Supply Chain operations, preferably in manufacturing or e-commerce.
