Vision Mediaworks is a social media agency specialising in content management for Hospitality brands, mainly restaurants.We are looking for a full time Social media manager/Account Manager to join our fast growing team.

Please only apply for the role if you have direct marketing agency experience of at least 1-2 years as an operations. This is non negotiable and candidates will only be proceeded further if they have this direct experience.

The Pay is 50K-60K INR month, depending on experience, please do not apply for the role if your intention is to negotiate beyond or below these fees. This is strictly our budget.

This job role is Remote and the work timings are 9am-6pm UK timings (1.30PM-10.30PM IST)

We’re looking for a solid, proactive and organised Operations Manager to work closely with the Operations Lead and take ownership of the day-to-day management of our SMM, design and editing teams.
You will be responsible for keeping the team accountable, work moving and deadlines on track. You must be confident in taking charge, communicating firmly and professionally, and stepping in to resolve issues when things go wrong. If the team misses a deadline, makes an avoidable mistake or a client issue arises, you are expected to take ownership, resolve it and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
