We are looking for a Store Executive to manage the receipt, storage, inventory, and issue of construction materials at project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction materials, inventory management, documentation, and site-store operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day operations of the construction site store.
Receive construction materials and verify quantity, quality, specifications, and supporting documents against purchase orders and delivery challans.
Maintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
Issue materials to site teams based on approved material requisitions.
Maintain accurate stock registers, inventory records, and material movement reports.
Ensure proper storage, stacking, labeling, and preservation of construction materials.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system/register records.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and coordinate with the purchase/site team for timely replenishment.
Track fast-moving, slow-moving, damaged, surplus, and obsolete materials.




Maintain records of material returns, transfers, damages, and shortages.
Coordinate with procurement, accounts, project management, engineers, contractors, and vendors regarding material requirements and deliveries.
Ensure proper documentation for material receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
Support monthly and periodic inventory audits and provide required reports to management.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping within the store area.
Ensure materials are stored securely and in accordance with project and safety requirements.
Follow company procedures for inventory control, documentation, and material handling.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
2–5 years of experience in construction/site-store management.
Positive knowledge of construction materials such as cement, steel, pipes, electrical items, plumbing materials, hardware, tools, and finishing materials.
