Role Description The Ayurveda Doctor will provide evidence-based, protocol-driven Ayurveda consultations and inpatient care,



focusing on root-cause diagnosis and individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include conducting detailed patient assessments, prescribing appropriate Ayurveda therapies and medications, monitoring clinical progress, and documenting all encounters in line with hospital and accreditation standards. The role also involves collaborating closely with allopathy specialists to deliver co-managed care under the hospital-in-hospital model, participating in interdisciplinary case reviews, and ensuring seamless integration with modern medicine when required. The doctor will educate patients and caregivers on lifestyle, diet, and preventive health measures, support clinical audits and quality initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of treatment protocols. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
