We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can help us expand our international client base and build robust, long-term business relationships.

The Role
As a BDE at 9ance, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, connecting with decision-makers, understanding their requirements, and converting qualified prospects into clients.
This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys prospecting, conversations, follow-ups, and closing opportunities rather than simply managing inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients across international markets.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, databases, and other channels.
Connect with founders, CEOs, CTOs, HR leaders, operations heads,



and other decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and identify relevant 9ance solutions.
Conduct discovery calls and coordinate with the technical team when required.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and solution overviews.
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales cycle.
Build long-term relationships with prospects, clients, and strategic partners.
Achieve monthly lead-generation, meeting, pipeline, and revenue targets.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.

What We're Looking For
1–4 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in IT services, SaaS, software development, or technology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with international clients and different time zones.
Experience with LinkedIn prospect
