Position Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Telecallers to connect with farmers, collect and verify information, and support project operations. The role involves regular communication with farmers, data verification, and coordination with field teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities • Call farmers and maintain regular communication regarding project activities. • Collect, verify, and update farmer information as per company guidelines. • Validate data received from field teams through phone verification. • Review photos and videos submitted from the field for accuracy and completeness. • Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information. • Report discrepancies and issues to the concerned field teams.
• Follow up with field staff to ensure timely corrections and updates. • Maintain daily records, reports, and activity trackers. • Coordinate effectively with internal teams to support project execution. • Ensure data quality and compliance with company standards. Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduate in any discipline preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Skills Required: Good communication skills, basic smartphone/laptop knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. Language Preference: Telugu, Bengali, and other regional languages.
