Job Description / Skill set: Workday Dev

• 6+ years of demonstrated ability with data migration, integration development, report building / RaaS, or software development

• 4+ years of experience in Workday Integrations development, including Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Web Services (SOAP, REST), and Workday APIs.

Skills and Competencies

• Hands-on Workday experience developing and supporting end-to-end Integrations across multiple functions, such as Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Finance, Advantages, IT and Procurement

• Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and launch)

• Experience in leading a design session, reviewing,



and assisting in the creation of project deliverables

• Advanced skills with RaaS, EDI, Web Services, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technology

• Experience in dealing with XML and JSON data structures

• Proficiency in MVEL (MVFLEX Expression Language) and XSLT for writing custom business logic within Workday Studio Integrations.

• Familiar with XML Transformations, Namespaces, XSD

• Experience in dealing with SOAP and REST APIs

• Familiar with ServiceNow case management

• Adept working with agile methodologies and delivery
