Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Technician to join our team. As a Multi Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our property's facilities and equipment, ensuring a secure and functional environment for our guests.

- Perform diverse duties including installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of property facilities and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all property systems and infrastructure
- Identify and address safety issues promptly, taking immediate corrective action when necessary
- Maintain and repair electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and load limits
- Test and maintain various equipment, including motors,



heaters, and controls, using standard test equipment
- Oversee and maintain fire alarm systems, adhering to established protocols and standards
- Assist guests with inquiries about property facilities in a helpful and informative manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies in facility maintenance
