Position: Deputy Manager – EHS
Location: Cochin
Qualification: B.Tech in Safety & Fire Engineering OR B.Tech in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical + Factories & Boilers approved Industrial Safety Diploma
Experience: 6–10 Years in EHS, preferably in Manufacturing / Engineering / Automotive / Electronics / Industrial sectors

CTC: 12 Lakh Key Responsibilities
* Drive site EHS strategy, safety culture initiatives and EHS performance improvement programs.
* Lead machine and process safety, including machine risk assessments, guarding, interlocks, emergency stops, safety controls and LOTO.
* Conduct HIRA/JSA/JHA, workplace inspections, safety audits and risk assessments.
* Manage incident investigation, RCA and corrective/preventive actions for accidents and near misses.
* Lead emergency preparedness, fire safety, mock drills and emergency response programs.
* Ensure effective electrical safety, contractor safety and Permit-to-Work systems for high-risk activities.
* Ensure statutory EHS compliance and coordinate regulatory, customer, corporate and external audits.
* Support implementation and continual improvement of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and other EHS management systems.
* Drive environmental sustainability and ESG initiatives covering energy, water, waste, GHG emissions and resource efficiency.
* Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees, supervisors, contractors and emergency response teams.
* NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent safety qualification will be an advantage.
