JOB Description "1. Effectively implement the Preventative Maintenance Schedule and manage routine maintenance activities by implementing Kaizen, taking effective corrective and preventive actions.
2. Implementation & Monitoring of the MTTR & MTBF, Breakdown Reduction activity, Maintenance Spare and consumable cost control and reduction.
3. HPS and LPS Presses and Fanuc Spot Welding Robot troubleshooting and spare parts controlling.
4. Training and Skill development of the team and Documentation related to ISO and VSA audits, Problem Solving, Team Building & Planning.
5. Safety, EMS, Plant Infra & Internal compliances adherence and Verification of the System.
6. Lead the Maintenance department independently under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager"
