SEO & Optimization: Video titles, descriptions, tags, and keyword research
Content Strategy: Video scheduling, content planning, and trend analysis
Analytics & Growth: Audience retention tracking and performance reviews
Channel Operations: Managing thumbnails, playlists, and community tab posts
Requirements:
Solid understanding of the YouTube algorithm and SEO
Prior experience managing YouTube channels (Educational channels preferred)
Strong communication skills and consistency
