Role Description The Practice Manager role at RLR & CO. is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. The Practice Manager will oversee daily operations of the firm, including resource planning, workflow management,



and coordination between accounting, audit, taxation, legal, and secretarial teams. Responsibilities include supervising staff, tracking case and assignment progress, ensuring timely delivery of client work, and maintaining operational standards aligned with regulatory and internal quality requirements. The role involves managing client communication, scheduling, documentation, and follow-up, as well as supporting partners with reporting, performance metrics, and process improvements. The Practice Manager will also contribute to staff training, adherence to firm policies, and the continuous enhancement of service efficiency. The Practice Manager should also moniter Billing and timely collection.
