About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and highly proactive Marketing Lead to join our team. This is not a traditional corporate marketing role. We want someone who is plugged into how people consume content today, understands internet culture, can keep up with trends, and knows how to use up-to-date AI tools to move fast and create high-quality marketing output efficiently.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced startup environment, helping us grow brand awareness, create engaging content, support performance marketing efforts, and experiment with new ways to reach our audience. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is hungry to learn, excited by startups, and comfortable figuring things out quickly.

Key Responsibilities
Create and manage marketing content across social media, email, blogs, landing pages, and other digital channels
Use AI tools such as Claude, OpenAI, and similar platforms to produce marketing content faster and more effectively
Support and execute SEO initiatives, including keyword research, content optimization,



and improving organic visibility
Assist with planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
Stay on top of meme culture, social trends, and digital behavior to help keep content relevant and engaging
Understand and market effectively to student and early-career audiences
Work closely with the founders/team to test ideas, launch campaigns quickly, and improve performance over time
Help with brand building, audience growth, and conversion-focused marketing initiatives
Analyze campaign performance and suggest practical ways to improve results
Be willing to learn, adapt, and take ownership across a wide range of marketing tasks

What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience in marketing, growth, content, or digital marketing
Comfortable using AI tools like Claude, OpenAI, ChatGPT, or similar tools as part of your workflow
Good understanding of SEO fundamentals
