About the Role
We're looking for Event Planner Interns who want hands-on exposure to the full event lifecycle - from client consultation to flawless on-ground execution. You'll work directly with our operations and sales teams at a live, high-volume venue.

What You'll Do
Assist in end-to-end planning and execution of weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and social functions
Coordinate with clients on requirements, themes, and event flow




Liaise with vendors (decor, catering, photography, entertainment) for smooth delivery
Support venue walkthroughs, client presentations, and package discussions
Manage on-ground execution: setup supervision, guest coordination, and event-day troubleshooting
Maintain event checklists, timelines, and post-event reports
Contribute ideas for themes, experiences, and guest engagement
Who Should Apply
Students or recent graduates in Hospitality, Event Management, Hotel Management, MBA, or any discipline with genuine interest in events
Solid communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi
Comfortable working weekends and event-day schedules (weekday offs provided)
High ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate
