Role Description
CareStance is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to help us expand our reach among schools, colleges, coaching centres, and other educational institutions.




This is a fully remote, performance-based role. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating and qualifying leads, connecting with decision-makers, and introducing CareStance's career guidance solutions.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with independent outreach, relationship building, business development, and helping convert potential opportunities into successful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential schools, colleges, coaching centres, and educational institutions.
Generate and qualify leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and other sales activities.
Connect with school management, principals, counsellors, and other relevant decision-makers.
Present and explain CareStance's services and solutions clearly and professionally.
Schedule and facilitate discussions between potential clients and the CareStance team.
