Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for an AC Technician, Service Engineer & Tech Support professional. The role involves installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment and associated HVAC/AC systems at customer sites.



Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs, and providing field service support to ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance. The role also requires responding to customer service calls, documenting service activities, and coordinating with internal teams for spare parts, upgrades, and technical escalations. The incumbent will provide technical support and training to customers, maintain safety and quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Troubleshooting, including diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and control-system issues on AC units and laboratory equipment.
