Your Impact:
We are looking for a Head of Revenue Growth to work with leading retailers globally and help them identify, build and scale current revenue streams across retail media, advertising, audience monetization, offsite and in-store media.
This is a strategic, commercially focused role working directly with retail CEOs, CMOs, Chief Digital Officers and Retail Media leaders to identify revenue opportunities, build business cases and drive execution.
The role will combine strategy, consulting, commercial growth and execution, moving beyond selling technology to becoming a strategic revenue-growth partner for retailers.
What You'll Do:
Identify and quantify incremental revenue opportunities across a retailer's digital, data and physical ecosystem.
Develop retail media and monetization strategies covering onsite, offsite, audience, in-store and emerging opportunities.
Build business cases, revenue models and growth roadmaps for retailers.
Advise senior retail stakeholders on pricing, yield, advertiser growth, monetization and operating models.
Work closely with Product, Sales, Consulting, Data and Operations teams to convert strategy into execution.
Develop repeatable revenue-growth frameworks, benchmarks and playbooks that can be deployed across global retailers.
Support strategic business development and help Osmos build long-term relationships with global retailers.
Ultimately, be accountable for measurable incremental revenue and profitability delivered to retailers.
