Role Description The Chief of Staff to the Founder is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position supports the Founder in strategic planning, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives across the organization.



Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating leadership meetings, preparing briefs and reports, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-through on decisions. The role involves conducting research and analysis on educational trends, scholarship programs, and operational improvements to inform decision-making. The Chief of Staff will liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, streamline communication, manage special projects, and help build scalable processes that align with SAET Agency’s mission and growth goals.
