About the Role
We are looking for a Master Trainer – Electric Vehicle (EV) Technology to deliver practical, industry-oriented training to vocational learners. The role involves classroom training, hands-on lab sessions, assessments, and student mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver training on EV fundamentals, architecture, batteries, BMS, BLDC motors, controllers, charging and diagnostics.
Cover 2W, 3W E-Rickshaw and 4W EV systems, CAN communication and vehicle networks.
Conduct hands-on practicals using multimeters, battery analyzers, OBD scanners and EV diagnostic tools.
Guide students on troubleshooting, maintenance, safety and job readiness.
Conduct assessments, practical demonstrations and skill-based workshops.
Maintain attendance, training reports and student performance records.
Coordinate with institutes, lab teams and other stakeholders for smooth batch delivery.
Ensure compliance with EV electrical/HV safety and lab standards.
Required SkillsStrong knowledge of EV powertrain, batteries/BMS, electrical systems, power electronics and charging.
Practical experience in EV diagnostics, troubleshooting and component testing.
Good communication and classroom management skills.
Ability to simplify technical concepts for vocational learners.
Basic computer skills for presentations and reporting.
Qualification & Experience
Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical, Automobile, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
2–5 years of relevant EV/automotive/electrical experience.
EV training, service, manufacturing, battery, charging or retrofitting experience preferred.
EV/ASDC/Skill India certification will be an advantage.
