Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their property requirements, and present suitable residential and commercial options across the NCR region. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and supporting clients through the closing process.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with internal teams and property developers, and staying updated on market trends, pricing, and regulatory changes. The Sales Executive is expected to build long-term client relationships while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
